WHO WE ARE

TST was established in 2007 as an information technology provider that delivers highly integrated solutions to help clients find innovative ways to operate and grow. We have our headquarters in Dubai and we provide comprehensive products and services to diverse clients - from startups to high profile ones, both in the private and public sectors in the Middle East.

Our legacy expertise in business applications and embedded systems has led us in transforming industries in this digital age with their visions for smart solutions. Tele Spatial Technologies (TST) offers extensive services from smart city consultancy, IT infrastructure designs, solutions deployment to training and support.

TST develops adaptive strategies that are built around the Internet of Things (IoT), cloud, security and platform technologies. With a strong partnership network, combined with our local intelligence, we can constantly deliver custom and quality smart city solutions that are compliant with cultural preferences and within GCC regulatory frameworks.

MEET THE TEAM

Dr. Saad A. AlMubayedh
Founder & CEO

Dr. AlMubayedh is an acclaimed IT professional, working in the area of urban planning and transportation for more than 25 years. He was in the academe from 1991 to 2006, where he taught graduate courses at King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals (KFUPM) in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, and conducted research in different areas in IT applications in Transportation, Smart City, Urban Planning, and related areas. He has provided consulting/advising services to a number of governmental and private agencies in the region.

Dr. AlMubayedh obtained a B.S in Civil Engineering from KFUPM in Dhahran Saudi Arabia in 1981, a Master of Science in Civil Engineering (Transportation), 1984 and a Master of Urban Planning (MUP), 1985 from the University of Washington, Seattle, Washington (USA), and a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering (Transportation Planning), 1991 from Northwestern University, Evanston, Illinois (USA).

Karim Bouchfanj
CTO

Mr. KarimBounchfanj is an accomplished business leader with over 10 years experience in industrial and wireless smart city solutions. He has proven record of selling and delivering IoT, M2M, Saas solutions, sensoring and embedded solutions throughout France and EMEA. He drives top-line revenue growth through market development, expansion and strategic growth for a variety of companies in IT services and Telecoms.

Mr. Bounchfanj obtained a B.S. in Engineering & Information Technology from Paris School of Business in 1996, an International Management Study from College Polytechnique in 2003 and a Master in Business Administration from Paris Graduate School of Management in 2010.
